Introduction

Islamic Law is a course that aims to produce professional lawyers who are proficient in Islamic law. Students not only have to learn about general legal knowledge, but also learn to possess legal knowledge on Islamic laws and theories. Students will be exposed to various fields, such as Islamic banks, Takaful, Halal food and etc. Also, students will study on how to deal with various legal issues derived and to provide Muslims with professional legal advice.

Introduction

Law is a course to train professional lawyers. In this course, students not only study about the existing laws and legal cases, but also explore legal-related knowledge, such as legal awareness, the definition of legal and illegal acts, the history and function of the laws and the relationship between laws and society. Students will be inculcated with the ability of providing professional legal advice, preparing and processing legal documents for clients and representing clients in court.
