- The Mansion is located in the heart of Brickfields, with the ease reaching to the accessible amenities such as restaurants, food courts and banks.
- BAC provides free shuttle bus service which runs everyday in a week, connects The Mansion with the campus.
- The Mansion itself has well-equipped with gymnasiums and a cafeteria.
- For safety consideration, The Mansion also fitted with 24-hour CCTV surveillance and an access card system.
