Particapate Procedure
1) Registration deadline: 31 July 2021
2) Register before 14 July 2021 to enjoy early bird promotion.
3) Any registration after the deadline will not be counted.
4) Only registration with complete information, full participation fees, and parent consent letter will counted.
1) Download the tracking apps “STRAVA” from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2) Run or walk a total of 10KM of distance.
3) 15,000 steps is equal to 10KM of running distance.
4) Use “STRAVA” as your tracking apps.
1) A submission link will be sent to participant via email and WhatsApp.
2) Prepare the screenshot of your 10KM completed distance as a proof of completion of running. (refer step 14 on the above guideline)
3) The result submission should be uploaded before 08 August 2021.
4) Any result summitted after the deadline will not be counted.
1) The Runner’s Kit include
– For finisher: T-Shirt, E-Certificate, Medal & E-Bib
– For non-finisher: T-Shirt & E-Bib
2) All runner’s kit will be distributed from 1 September 2021 to 15 October 2021.

Terms & Conditions
- EduQuest Virtual Run 2021 is organized by EduQuest Education Services. The virtual run is open to Form 4, 5, 6 students and teachers from public and private secondary school who have a valid address in Malaysia.
- There will be strictly no refund available to Participants who do not eventually take part in the Virtual Run, for any reason.
- Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their entry to another party. The finisher’s entitlement will be delivered to the mailing address provided in the registration form. If Participants would like to send it to a different mailing address besides their own, please enter his/her address during registration.
- In case of Participants would like to make an address change once registration has been confirmed, there will be additional charges incurred.
- The Finisher’s T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained.
- All T-shirts measurements are subject to 0.5” tolerance.
- If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the finisher’s entitlement due to whatever reason. Upon request, the Organizer will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants.
- Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
- If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organizer has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organizer may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant’s registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded.
- The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
- Submission of the result must be submitted anytime before 08 August 2021. If participants are unable to submit the result before the deadline, they will be considered as disqualified.
- The finisher entitlement will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the registration batch by batch, starts from 15 October 2021 onwards.
- Medal and E-CERT are strictly for participant who registers and completes the run by uploading the run result.
- The Organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
