  • Public Institutions : There are a total of 20 public universities in Malaysia which are funded by the government under the purview of the Ministry of Education Malaysia. These public universities offer undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, and sometimes Pre-university Foundation year and Diploma courses.
  • Polytechnic & Community Colleges : There are a total of 30 Polytechnic and 72 Community Colleges in Malaysia which offering certificate and diploma programmes.
  • Private Universities & University Colleges: There are more than 100 private universities and university colleges around the Malaysia which offer ranging from Certificate programme, Pre-university courses, Diploma courses, Bachelor’s Degree courses, Master Degree courses & Doctorate Degree courses.

You will get your offer letter after 3 to 7 working days. Some of the universities will announce the application result in one specific timing rather than inform one by one.

Step 4: Find Accommodation
Once you received your offer letter, find your accommodation as soon as possible. Some of the universities have their own accommodation for their students, kindly check with your counselor.

Step 5: Get yourself ready.
